JARS Cannabis is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive their products with the highest level of service.PAY: $16-18/hr + shared tip poolSCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off. Shifts range from 8am-11:30pm Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver cannabis products to customers' designated locations.Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or issues during delivery.Ensure all deliveries are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations.Assist with other duties as needed, including inventory management and packaging.Qualifications:Must be 25 years of age or older.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Vehicle and company insurance provided but must complete MVR check before hire.Ability to lift to 50 lbs and handle packages safely.Familiarity with local roads and GPS systems.A valid Facility Agent Card is not required but highly preferred!Excellent communication and customer service skills.Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus.Benefits:Employee discounts and samplesContinued education opportunitiesGrowth potential within the companyHealth, dental, and vision insuranceAt JARS Cannabis, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
