PAY & PERKS

We have a tiered salary structure based on experience and qualifications:

• Rookie with Rocket Fuel: $65,000 - $85,000/year
• Seasoned Sales Pro: $85,000 - $105,000/year
• Sales Legend: $105,000 - $130,000+/year

OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL ROOFING REPAIR SPECIALIST

• 2+ years of steep slope roofing experience
• Experience using CRMs, making presentations, and generating digital proposals
• Comfort working on roofs up to 10/12 pitch
• Ability to lift 80 lbs., climb onto rooftops, and work in attic spaces
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to help the client while meeting your sales goals

Your problem-solving skills take front and center as you visit prospective clients' homes, diagnose exterior issues, and explain to the homeowner why we're the best choice for the job. You estimate project costs using our straightforward pricing guide and follow our defined sales process to gain the client's approval.

As our Residential Roofing Repair Specialist, you generate 20% of your leads, close repair appointments at 70% or higher, flip 10-20% of the repairs to the replacement sales team, and sign $1,000,000 in work annually. Running 15 appointments per week, you maintain documentation, complete detailed inspection reports, and deliver expert-level advice for roof, siding, gutters, and attic insulation services to smash your KPIs, exceed your goals, and drive business growth!
