MACHINE OPERATOR- Pultrusion 

Monday - Friday

10:45pm - 7:15am, must be able to work overtime and weekends

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Demonstrate proficiency in Creel Associate job functions
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cut/Take Off Operator job functions
• Read and interpret engineering diagrams to properly set up materials on individual pultrusion lines
• Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials and products
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service standards
• Understand material mixes and material identification processes
• Follow proper hazardous material handling and storage procedures
• Maintain working knowledge of part numbers and related materials
• Communicate effectively with shift personnel and team members
• Locate pultrusion line materials and perform machine set-ups efficiently
• Support consistent and on-time delivery of materials to production lines

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
• Basic math proficiency (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers).
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
