Key Qualifications Independently licensed in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT). Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within commutable distance of the Louisville, KY office. Responsibilities Provide high quality behavioral healthcare to patients. Deliver therapy services within the scope of practice. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support patient care.
