We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.The Program Operations Manager manages day-to-day operational execution of the Contractor Incubator, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordination of program activities, and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily program operations, scheduling, and workflowsCoordinate participant intake, service sequencing, and training calendarsSupport staff supervision and internal coordinationManage contracts, vendors, and subcontractor logisticsMaintain operational documentation and readiness for monitoring and auditsRequirements:Experience in program operations or project management within grant-funded initiativesStrong organizational and systems management skills
