This role is ideal for someone who values relationship-based therapy, flexibility, and functional communication outcomes. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLP Provide engaging, strengths-based therapy sessions Support functional communication, social interaction, speech, and language development Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Travel to client homes within assigned service area (approximately within 20 miles of 90025) Qualifications Active California SLPA license Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Compensation Example (Full-Time) Salaried position based on approximately 20 direct client hours/week Productivity bonus available for sessions completed above productivity expectation Mileage reimbursement provided at current federal rate We value clinicians who are adaptable, compassionate, collaborative, and committed to helping clients thrive in their everyday environments.
