Lead Teacher

As a Lead Teacher at Milestones to Mountains Day Care, you will design and implement a joyful, play-based curriculum infused with expert developmental insights. You will collaborate directly with pediatric specialists to support the cognitive, social-emotional, language, and motor milestones of every child. Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and execute a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that accommodates diverse learning styles and developmental needs. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, nurturing, structured, and visually supportive classroom environment that fosters independence and emotional regulation. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Teacher Assistants and Substitutes within your classroom to ensure consistency and a high standard of care. Family Partnership: Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and milestones. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Association for the Education of Young Children
