Location: 1505 S Belcher Rd., Clearwater, FL 33764

Duration: 3 months

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Work Arrangement: Onsite

The Phlebotomist I will be responsible for performing blood draws and supporting day-to-day phlebotomy operations in a client at Walgreens setting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on blood-drawing experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume environment with patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

Perform blood draws and assigned phlebotomy duties.
Complete an average of 40+ patient draws per day .
Work with patients across all age groups , including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Assist with troubleshooting related to assigned duties.
Support smooth workflow and make recommendations when appropriate.
Work collaboratively with the team.
Remain on your feet for most of the workday.
Complete required initial training of at least one week.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on phlebotomy/blood-drawing experience preferred and specifically targeted by the hiring team.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience performing blood draws in a patient-facing environment.
Ability to handle a high volume of approximately 40+ draws daily.
Comfortable drawing blood from patients of all ages.
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Must be eligible for rehire.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of phlebotomy experience.
Strong hands-on blood-drawing experience.
Experience working in a high-volume patient setting
