What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As a Team Member, you’ll prepare quality products, take orders, and provide friendly service to every guest. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, support closing duties, and process transactions accurately. By following company standards, suggestive selling, and working safely, you’ll contribute to a positive team environment and great customer experiences. What You’ll Bring (Requirements) Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred. High school diploma or GED, preferred. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred. You inspire smiles. You're familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service, and you will uphold Papa John's core values.
