R&C Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Family Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary mental health practice in Pembroke Pines, Florida .

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve communication, strengthen relationships, navigate life challenges, and achieve meaningful emotional and behavioral change. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with psychiatric providers and other mental health professionals in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Address concerns including family conflict, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and maintain communication with the treatment team as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Florida license required, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW , or other applicable independent clinical license.
• Experience providing family therapy and working with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation preferred.
