We're seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of our Primary & Specialty Care Practice. This role blends hands-on nursing with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality improvement. You'll support staff, foster a positive patient experience, and help ensure our practice runs smoothly every day.As part of the essential functions of this role, the Nurse Manager will:Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffingOversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usageEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standardsCollaborate with nursing leads to support smooth clinic operationsAddress patient concerns and support resolutionManage invoices, documentation, and quality improvement tasksQualified Candidate will have Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR a documented plan to complete a BSN within NYSED's RN BSN requirement timeframe OR Associate degree with degree/license dates meeting NYSED's exemption requirements; current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State; current BCLS certification; three (3) years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred; candidate must have familiarity with computers, EMR software (Medent), and MS Office software (Outlook, Word); ideal candidate will have previous staff supervisory experience; candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.
