Manage inventory, safety, and operational issues. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all store areas. Drive operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous process improvement. Build customer relationships, assist with sales and service questions, and ensure positive experiences both in-store and via phone. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses preferred. Experience or willingness to learn automotive industry specifics. Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
