Full Job Description As a Graphic Designer, you will primarily focus on graphic design tasks, but you will also support various general marketing activities. This role requires someone with strong graphic design skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to other marketing efforts such as SEO, blog creation, Google Ads, and more. The Graphic Designer must demonstrate cognitive ability to follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, exhibit spatial awareness, read words and numbers, concentrate, memorize, and recall, identify logical connections, and determine the sequence of response and process up to 2-3 steps ahead. Ability to attend work on a regular, predictable, and consistent basis to commute to and from work safely and arrive at work on time. This position requires regular servicing of both the Tempe and Chandler divisions. Time spent traveling between locations is compensable at your regular rate of pay. Mileage reimbursement is not available for travel between locations for regular servicing. This is a full-time exempt position for creative professionals who use creativity and imagination to conduct independent research to achieve desired outcomes for our audience. The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Manager. Major Tasks, Accountabilities, And Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company’s online visibility and drive traffic to the website. Provide consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to our customers. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking. Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing.
