The Role

We're looking for a driven sales professional to own Southern California south of LA: Orange County, San Diego and the Desert (Palm Springs / Coachella Valley). You'll build and grow our brands in on-premise and off-premise accounts, work hand-in-hand with distributor sales teams, and be the face of our portfolio in your market.

What You'll Do

· Open new accounts and drive placements across restaurants, bars, hotels, resorts and key retail

· Build menu and cocktail program placements with bar managers, beverage directors and buyers

· Work with distributor reps (ride-withs, sales meetings, incentives) to move our brands through the three-tier system

· Execute staff trainings, tastings, activations and market events

· Manage a regular call cadence across OC, SD and the Desert, including overnight trips to the Desert as needed

· Log visit recaps and account activity in our CRM and hit monthly and quarterly KPIs

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (supplier, broker, or distributor side)

· Existing relationships with on-premise accounts in Orange County and/or San Diego strongly preferred

· Solid understanding of the three-tier system and how to work with distributor sales teams

· Self-starter who can manage a large territory independently and stay organized

· Strong presence in front of buyers and staff; comfortable leading trainings and tastings

· Must live in Orange County or San Diego County

· Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within the territory

· Must be 21+
