Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (Arizona, or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based OT preferred
• Capable of supervising a COTA
• Flexible, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about working with diverse age groups, PreK-12th grade

• Deliver OT services to a caseload of 13-14 students 1x per month (7.5 hours/session)
• Conduct assessments, develop and update IEP goals, and maintain documentation per school standards
• Supervise, mentor, and support a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for holistic student care
