Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of personalized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as deemed appropriate.
- Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
