In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job!

$19 - $24/hour
This is an in-home position , which means you'll travel between client homes throughout your workday.

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting
- Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Submit session notes and documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
- Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
- Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
- Travel between session locations as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT certification preferred - we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
- Prior ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and active auto insurance required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
