Comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and developing individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.Conduct and enter admissions of new residents into Point Click Care (PCC).Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.Qualifications:State of Iowa RN licensePrevious LTC experience is preferred but not requiredOpen Shifts Available:Night Shift, 6:00p-6:30a Full Time or Part TimeDay Shift, 6:00a-6:30p Full Time or Part TimeEvening Shift, 2:30p-11:00p Full Time or Part TimePRNWhat We OfferPay for RN's starting at $41.00 per hour.
