Job Overview American Medical Staffing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a contract nursing assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Pay Range: $52.24 - $54.85 per hour Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available Requirements Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience with perm MS/Tele Ohio license or valid compact state license in hand AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for (Charge RN refs accepted) ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments required during orientation with acceptable scores 2 years of experience as an RN Responsibilities As a healthcare professional in a hospital setting, the RN will assess patient conditions, recognize ECG rhythms, and administer care with a focus on telemetry monitoring, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
