Quick Facts Location: 800 West Haynie Street, Llano, TX 78643 Start Date: 06/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Long-term assignment (duration negotiable) Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts Hours/Week: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certifications: Valid PTA license, CPR/BLS required Experience: Previous LTC or rehab experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $40.20/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for LTC patients Conduct therapeutic exercises, massage, gait and balance training Document patient progress accurately and report results to the supervising therapist Contribute to patient recovery and overall well-being Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care What You Need Valid PTA license in Texas CPR/BLS certification Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitative settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow treatment plans and document accurately About the Assignment This assignment takes place in a well-equipped long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
