VP Distribution - RIA's/Family Offices

Our client, a leading global US bank, is looking to add a Vice President to its Private Markets Sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving capital raising efforts for the bank's Private Equity platform through the US private wealth channel.

The successful candidate will leverage an established network of private wealth professionals to originate and grow investor relationships while partnering closely with internal investment, product, and client coverage teams. Candidates must have a track record in PE fundraising to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead capital raising initiatives for private equity strategies across the US private wealth market.
• Develop and execute a distribution strategy targeting registered investment advisors (RIAs), family offices, independent wealth managers, and financial advisors.
• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key wealth management firms and intermediary platforms.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities while expanding existing investor relationships.
• Partner with investment professionals to effectively communicate investment strategies, market views, and portfolio performance to prospective investors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to investor onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and fundraising events.
• Maintain detailed sales activity, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of raising capital for private equity funds or private markets strategies within the US.
• Experience distributing private equity products through the private wealth channel.
• An established network of decision-makers across RIAs, family offices, financial advisors, and broader wealth management firms throughout the United States.
• Excellent relationship management, business development, and consultative sales skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in private markets fundraising, institutional or intermediary distribution, or alternative investment sales.
• Demonstrable success achieving fundraising targets within the private wealth ecosystem.
• Experience working within a leading asset manager, private equity firm, investment bank, or placement agent is essential.
