Daily Worker - Kitchen Technician

As a Daily Worker - Kitchen Technician at Midplaza Holding, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the kitchen equipment and facilities. This full-time position is based in Kuta Bali and requires hands-on technical skills to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing regular inspections and maintenance on all kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances

2. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues or malfunctions with kitchen equipment in a timely manner

3. Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and identify any equipment-related problems

4. Maintaining records of all equipment servicing and repairs

5. Ensuring the kitchen meets all relevant health and safety standards

6. Assisting with the installation of new kitchen equipment and appliances

7. Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff on the proper use and care of equipment

Requirements

1. Relevant diploma or certificate in electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical field
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar kitchen technician or maintenance role
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
5. Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
6. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations for commercial kitchens
7. Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for kitchen maintenance
