The California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) seeks an Assistant Chief Counsel, Division of Plan Surveys, to plan, organize, direct, and review the work of professional legal staff on sensitive regulatory matters under the Knox-Keene Act. The ACC serves as legal advisor to the Deputy Director and oversees investigations within the Division.
