Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring alignment with the psychosocial assessments and utilizing accepted social work interventions.

• Conduct detailed assessments and deliver timely individual interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and other records, in compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for patients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, employing best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage consistently with families and support systems to coordinate treatment and facilitate effective discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
