MIG Welder Manufacturing Welder

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Payson, Utah

• Work Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Earn weekly pay while building valuable welding and production experience.

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies according to established specifications and production requirements.

• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate welds.

• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently for assigned production work.

• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, consistency, and workmanship.

• Prepare metal surfaces and components for welding, assembly, and finishing as required.

• Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and other production tools safely and correctly.

• Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining attention to detail.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established workplace safety procedures.

Required:

• MIG welding knowledge and the ability to perform consistent welds.

• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and appropriate hand tools.

• Ability to follow measurements, work instructions, and production specifications.

• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.

• Ability to reliably work Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and production environment.

Preferred:

• Previous MIG welding, manufacturing, metal fabrication, or production experience.

• Experience reading basic fabrication drawings, blueprints, or welding specifications.

• Previous experience with metalworking tools and measuring equipment.

• Welding training or related technical education.
