Retail Display Installer – Technology Job Type: Per Required Need Work Location: Market – SS – TX – Garland Travel: up to 90 miles from home (average) Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends not required) Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday (weekends not required). Responsibilities Respond quickly to field services management (within 24 hours of contact) and keep availability accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) while providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Follow all directives and execute tasks fully and completely. Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Foster a positive work environment and ensure transparent, respectful communication with all team members. Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves upon established shared service field KPIs. Provide and receive feedback. Qualifications Age: 18 or older (insurance requirement) and authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed; must schedule jobs within 48 hours and maintain at least 20 hours of fieldwork per rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to ever-changing tasks and work environments. Communication: Effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clocking, photos, app downloads, and internet connection. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Retail or merchandising experience preferred; installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: Own Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; independently navigate communication platforms and applications. Training: Complete all training assignments within designated timeframes. Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills, good judgment, problem‑solving, and excellent time‑management and reporting.
