Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Holidays (10 per year) Hands on Training Responsibilities Assess inbound prospect’s personal insurance needs and provide accurate insurance proposals Generate Evidence of Insurance to all personal lines clients as needed Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders regarding their insurance coverage, additional coverage options, policy changes, claim submission and procedures, rates, and billing questions Evaluate, review, and remarket renewal policies for existing clients as needed Provide accurate information to policyholders regarding policy terms and coverage Manage, update and maintain accurate client and prospect data in agency management system Requirements Education: Associate's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent financial industry experience required Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills to manage customer concerns Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software Company Description Independent Insurance Agency #J-18808-Ljbffr Walker Insurance Agency, Inc.
