Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in managing and resolving highly complex, multi‑jurisdiction litigation matters. Responsibilities Manage all phases of complex litigation matters from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre‑trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Develop litigation strategies, conduct effective legal research, and prepare compelling legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure the efficient and effective resolution of complex litigation matters. Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, client service, and counseling. Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in the law, and participate in continuing legal education programs. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association. A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of federal and state procedural and substantive laws, court rules, and regulations. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and strategies to clients and colleagues. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced, demanding work environment. Proficiency in legal research software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology. Experience in electronic discovery and document management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and commitment to achieving excellent results.
