Qualifications Must be willing to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Must have a current TS/SCI FS clearance. 15 years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, and software. Coach and provide guidance to less‑experienced professionals. Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Offer remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. Pay Range Salary range: $94,400 - $120,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications.
