Case Manager

Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You'll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.

What You'll Do:

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and fix operational bottleneck.

Your Team: Legal Operations

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we're building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.

You Might Be a Fit if You:

• Have 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Are process-driven and detail-oriented
• Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required)

Compensation

$60,000 – $85,000 annual salary + equity
