Project Manager

Project Manager Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: 100% Onsite - 5 Days per Week Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion. This role will be responsible for developing project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of communication among stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project milestones, risks, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and key deliverables. Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members regarding project status, benchmarks, milestones, and overall performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability among team members. Track project expenditures and manage budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools. Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to evaluate results, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements. Develop and implement best practices for project management and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong systems and technology skills, including experience using project management and business software tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high attention to detail.
