This is a hands-on role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with tools and building products.$22.50/hr2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PMOccasional Saturdays based on production needsAssemble and install shelving, cabinets, partitions, ladder racks, and related van componentsUse hand and power tools to complete assembliesRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructionsMeasure and mark materials accurately using a tape measureInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresMechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive, or general labor experience preferredComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to read diagrams or assembly instructionsBasic tape measure skillsStrong attention to detail and qualityAble to stand for entire shift and perform lifting, bending, twisting, and squatting throughout the dayComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environmentNon-climate-controlled manufacturing facilitySteel-toe boots requiredSafety equipment (gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection) providedEmployees should bring basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers)Ideal candidates have experience with assembly, automotive work, construction, mechanics, or other hands-on technical roles and enjoy working with tools.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
