Emergency Registered Nurse - Regular Part Time (RPT)
York General is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with physicians, EMS personnel, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional emergency care. Highlights of the Position
- Great Schedule: Regular Part-Time (24 hours/week), 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every 3rd weekend rotation, 2 holidays per year

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Provide direct patient care and carry out physician orders.
Prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients in an emergency setting.
Collaborate with physicians, EMS providers, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status.
Assist with departmental quality initiatives and support emergency department operations.
Serve as a resource and mentor to other team members as needed.
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
Previous Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
