Project Manager For JDE Migration
Looking for a PM to help us with migrating our JDE instance from a Private Cloud to a Public Cloud.
The project is being handled by our technical partner and they are responsible for doing the actual migration and moving all the systems.
8th Avenue is responsible for:
- Tracking the work that they are doing through meetings and other venues
- Making sure that 8th Avenue has good visibility to what is happening with the technical team
- Putting together the testing documentation (scenarios and scripts)
- Conducting two rounds of user testing with reports and dashboards on what has failed and passed
- Managing a risk and issues list
- Developing a communications plan with daily, weekly, and monthly status meetings depending on the audience
- Tracking purchases (licenses, hardware, software…)
- Monitoring go live issues.
