Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary: Approximately $425,000/year + Productivity Bonus + Pathway to Partnership

Practice Highlights:

• Independent practice with robust connections to both tertiary care hospitals and local community facilities.

• Possibility of leadership roles .

• Faculty position in an ACGME-accredited program , actively participating in educational initiatives.

• Join a busy, established electrophysiology practice , supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers, along with a successful, organized device clinic.

• Conduct a comprehensive array of advanced electrophysiology procedures:

  • AICD/PPM implantations

  • Atrial fibrillation ablations

  • LAA closure devices

  • Other innovative electrophysiology techniques

• Extensive cardiovascular services offered:

  • Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart

  • Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility

• Comprehensive support teams dedicated to patient care.

• Employed model featuring:

  • Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA

  • Incentives based on productivity

  • Pathway to partnership

• Institutional backing for academic engagement and research , with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology .

• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Valid New Jersey Medical License .

• Proficiency in:

  • Managing arrhythmias

  • Performing ablations

  • Implanting cardiac devices

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
