Disclosure This position is with The Runden Agency, LLC , an Allstate Exclusive Agent. Employment is not directly with Allstate Insurance Company but with the agency as an independent contractor. Requirements Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Experience: 1-2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs. Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.
