CBI-Field Superintendent

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Field Superintendent to lead and oversee construction and maintenance activities. The Field Superintendent will supervise field crews, ensure site compliance as well as local/state codes and company standards, enforce safety, coordinate with operations, and deliver projects on time and on budget in a fast-paced oil & gas environment. Travel may vary, and the role requires a willingness to work extended hours, and rotational schedules as needed. You will serve as one of the primary field contacts with operations, project managers, inspectors, and clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep oilfield experience and strong communication skills. Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Essential Qualifications and Education:Active NCCER or NCCCO certification is requiredThe role also requires strong knowledge of oilfield crane & riggingExtensive experience in oil and gas environments is required, along with proven leadership and crew management skills, a strong understanding of jobsite safety and regulatory compliance, and the ability to read and interpret drawings and schematicsStrong computer skills for daily reporting, scheduling, email, and tablets are preferred#LI-MS1#LI-DNIKey Tasks and Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly experienced Field Superintendent to lead and oversee construction and maintenance activitiesThe Field Superintendent will supervise Crane & Rigging field crews, ensure site compliance as well as local/state codes and company standards, enforce safety, coordinate with operations, and deliver projects on time and on budget in a fast-paced oil & gas environmentTravel may vary, and the role requires a willingness to work extended hours, and rotational schedules as neededYou will serve as the primary field contact with operations, project managers, inspectors, and clients while managing multiple active sitesSupervising and managing field crews on oil & gas projects including well pads, compressor stations, SWDs, production facilities, and related infrastructureEnsuring all crane & rigging work complies with local/state codes and company standardsPlanning, scheduling, and coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials across siteEnforcing all safety policies, conducting job safety analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks, field audits, and GPS complianceTroubleshooting and resolving complex crane & rigging issues; reviewing drawings, schematics, and scope of work to ensure accurate executionTracking daily progress, time, and production; submitting field reportsMentoring foremen and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-24
