Do you thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment? Come Join ReSource Pro! Your role: ReSource Pro is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound phone calls and emails to the insured to obtain required documentation for audit. You will ensure our customers receive excellent service and communication as you assist those working on their audit (business owners, agents, bookkeepers, etc.) with any questions or concerns they may have, resolve issues, assist in extending audit due dates, and various other needs of our customers. You will also respond to customer inquiries via email and work efficiently within a collaborative, remote setting. All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In this role you will:

• Actively listening to and communicating clearly with those who call in
• Maintain a calm demeanor and ease in handling complaints and conflicts
• Be quick to identify problems and develop solutions
• Ensure that information is accurate and complete
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all documents, ensuring proper storage and archiving.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely document processing and attachment.
• Stay updated on company policies and legal regulations regarding document handling and confidentiality.
• Respond to customer questions via email or phone with clarity and professionalism.

What you need to be successful:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer software, such as email systems and Adobe.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school student or equivalent educational background.

Your Compensation: Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $10.88-$14.00 per hour. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
