Job Description

At Precious Care ABA , you'll work one-on-one with childrenwith autism in their homes, helping them communicate, buildindependence, and develop life-changing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
  
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  
• Collect data and document progress
  
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
  
• Celebrate your clients’ wins — big and small
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous ABA experience
  
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  
• Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up
  
• Patient, energetic, and great with kids
  
• Open to feedback and always looking to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Reliable transportation to client homes

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience required
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
  
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
  
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
  
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
  
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
  
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently tounderstand treatment plans and complete required documentation
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to client homes
  
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively withfamilies and BCBAs
  
• $20–$30/hour based on experience and qualifications
