Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Location: Quincy, MA This is a FULL-TIME permanent position. Salary: Hourly rate by experience: $35 to $50+ per hour. Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io Overview Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment) Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors) Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks) Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic) Perform welding & basic fabrication Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards Qualifications 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics Technical degree or certifications preferred Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
