GenAI Engineer Associate

Salary: $85,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in technology, business, communications, or a closely related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology support, AI deployment, or a similar function.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools, APIs, and automation principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS generative AI services, including Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, or comparable offerings.
• Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or similar platforms.
• Background in designing and implementing agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with evaluating and administering MCP (Model Context Protocol) environments.
• Experience with model assessment and tuning approaches.
• Strong capability in documentation and organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and version control/documentation tools.
• Ability to operate independently and manage several priorities at once.
• Preferred: exposure to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI solutions.
• Preferred: exposure to agile methods and product management concepts.
• Preferred: interest in technical delivery and user experience.

• We design and build agent components and templates for our organization.
• We create and coordinate agentic AI workflows that connect multiple tools, models, and data sources.
• We lead small implementation initiatives and work with stakeholders and team members to deliver them.
• We produce and maintain standardized documentation and recipe cards for AI solutions.
• We perform quality assurance, testing, and debugging for agent components.
• We assess, configure, and manage MCP servers and related integrations.
• We evaluate and tune models to improve performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• We review usage data and user feedback to refine our solution portfolio.
• We run user training sessions and support enablement events.
• We maintain version-control records and update logs for Collaboratory items.
• We help convert common support requests into reusable agent components.
• We support junior analysts and share knowledge across the team.
