Portfolio Manager, Wearables

Stryker seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead hardware strategy for Smart Care wearable devices, including the hands-free communication badge and future products. The role encompasses roadmap development, product strategy, market research, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration within the Smart Hospital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop wearable hardware roadmap aligned to Smart Hospital ecosystem priorities
- Lead new product development end-to-end with engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical teams
- Conduct market research and voice-of-customer analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Build financial models and business cases to guide pricing, investment, and lifecycle decisions
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform product differentiation strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of project management and delivery experience
- Voice of Customer analysis and qualitative/quantitative research skills
- Portfolio strategy, roadmapping, or product management experience preferred
- Healthcare technology, medical device, or MedTech industry background preferred
- Go-to-market strategy and financial modeling expertise preferred
Compensation: $89,300 - $193,400 USD Annual (depending on location and level)
