Job Title: Truss Builder- $120 per diem per day

This job is near Brainerd, MN and you must be able to travel and stay up there through November.

Join our dynamic team as a Truss Builder, where you will work with your hands using basic hand and power tools. You will be standing all day working on large truss tables, ensuring that trusses are built properly. Collaborate with a team of 2-4 members to achieve production goals. This role also offers a commission-based earning opportunity, enhancing your weekly income based on production.

Responsibilities

• Build trusses using basic hand and power tools.
• Ensure trusses are built properly while working on large truss tables.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-4 other team members.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and work in a physical environment climbing on truss tables.
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Use a hammer effectively throughout the day.

1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM M-F. OT available

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday)- OT Available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
