About the Role:The AI Technical Product Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions that improve business outcomes and accelerate digital transformation. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's AI strategy by championing innovation, driving adoption, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI product roadmap for internal ecosystems and applications, aligning with organizational objectives and IT strategy.Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and requirements based on business needs and industry best practices.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ecosystems and applications-related IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments to understand business processes and identify areas for ecosystems and applications system improvements.Support proof-of-concept development and experimentation with new AI capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design and implement scalable, secure AI solutions.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure quality through testing, UAT, and performance monitoring post-deployment.Convert business needs into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams to effectively implement solutions; Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility, enhancing overall project outcomes; Maintain a repository of specifications and documentation to support future enhancements and knowledge transfer.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fieldExperience managing technical or AI-related projects, typically gained over 3+ years, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on project work.Proven track record of delivering complex IT or AI projects on time and within budget.Advanced Python expertise, including Pandas for ETL workflowsExperience with TD SYNNEX development tools (IDP, DevStudio, NexChat) preferredExperience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and CursorStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.Project management, High volume fast paced logistics experience, Attentional to detail, Technical knowledge of conveyor and networking systems.Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.Able to create and conduct formal presentations.Able to interact effectively with high levels of management (managers & above.)Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.Working Conditions:Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.Professional, office environment.At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
