AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Passion for driving sales: as a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: you motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values. You hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent development: you recruit and hire strong talent to keep the store staffed for business needs. You train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork and coaching: you set clear, attainable goals, provide real‑time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance, fostering engagement. Visual & operational innovation: you execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: you maintain store safety standards, protect assets, adhere to AEO’s policies, and always do the right thing. YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF You love AE and Aerie products!
