Senior Account Manager – Technology
Madison Davis is looking for an experienced Technology Account Manager to step into a role with established client access and significant room to grow.
The Technology practice already has active relationships, signed agreements, existing accounts, and a recruiting team supporting both contract and permanent hiring. The right person will be given real accounts and relationships to develop, with the opportunity to deepen penetration, uncover new hiring activity, and grow revenue across multiple areas of each client organization.
This is an opportunity to work with meaningful business from the start while building toward larger strategic account ownership and broader leadership responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Technology client relationships
- Take ownership of existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand them
- Build additional hiring-manager relationships inside existing clients
- Reengage dormant and underdeveloped accounts
- Uncover contract and permanent hiring needs
- Develop relationships across software, data, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and related technology functions
- Gather detailed requirements and partner closely with recruiting teams on delivery
- Expand individual relationships into broader enterprise accounts
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across Madison Davis
- Increase account penetration and overall revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Staffing, recruiting, account management, or client-services experience
- Technology staffing background strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-management skills
- Ability to grow existing client relationships
- Comfortable speaking with hiring managers and senior technology leaders
- Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle
- Commercial instincts and a proactive approach to account growth
- Someone who knows how to create opportunity rather than wait for orders
