Location: Pooler, GA

Employment Type: Full‐Time | Temp‐to‐Hire or Long‐Term Assignment

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Heavy Lifters to support high‐volume warehouse and logistics operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient inbound and outbound flow, loading/unloading freight, and supporting daily production needs. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift and work in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lift, carry, and move heavy materials, boxes, and freight (up to 75+ lbs repeatedly)
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
Assist with sorting, stacking, staging, and organizing products
Support inbound and outbound operations, including parcel handling and freight movement
Maintain a clean and safe work area following OSHA and facility safety guidelines
Work closely with warehouse leads and supervisors to meet production goals
Use pallet jacks, carts, and other non‐powered equipment as needed
Follow all instructions regarding product placement, labeling, and handling
Report any safety hazards, damaged products, or equipment issues immediately

Qualifications

Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or general labor preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for 8–12-hour shifts
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities
Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
Must pass basic onboarding requirements (I‐9, E‐Verify, background/drug screen if required by client)
