Housekeeping Manager: Lead, Train & Elevate Guest Service

Think Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department in Miami. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, and ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints. You will maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinate with Laundry, Engineering, Front Office and Food & Beverage, and develop training programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Think Hospitality
