Store Manager - Southwest Plaza

Role We are looking for Assistant Managers and Managers who are self‑motivated, dynamic thinkers and outstanding communicators. The manager will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure the store operates at a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Hire, manage, and motivate the team to operate at a high level. Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience from the team. Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures at all times. Make all business decisions and take full responsibility for store success. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of retail management experience. Strong people skills to grow and develop the team. Computer savvy. Honesty and loyalty. Ability to work hard and be successful. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling athletic shoes. Experience working with a growing company. About 2 years of retail management experience.
