Senior Litigation Paralegal | San Francisco, CA
Base Salary: 100K–$115K (35 hour work week)
Hybrid: 2 days per week in-office
About the Opportunity We are working with a highly regarded, large international firm seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated defense-side practice handling complex commercial litigation and high-exposure disputes. This is a true senior-level role offering ownership, visibility with attorneys, and direct client interaction within a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high-volume, complex caseload
• Oversee discovery including document review, organization, and production
• Build and maintain detailed case tracking (Excel)
• Monitor court dockets and proactively flag developments
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status
• Assist with drafting and finalizing key litigation documentation
Requirements
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense-side strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with court systems and filings
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently
• Comfortable working directly with attorneys and clients
• Experience with document management or litigation support platforms is a plus
